There is Internet language that you need to understand
before you can really call yourself an Internet surfer. There
are only three phrases you need to know in order to start
surfing the Internet.
Text Hyperlink- this is a website address (URL) that you
find in the text of an email message or a website page.
Hyperlink image or picture- this is when there is a picture
or image you can click on to be brought to a website. You can
usually tell if a picture or image is hyperlinked when you put
the curser (Arrow) over the picture or image and it turns into
a hand.
You can type the URL of the web page into the browser box
and press the enter key. This box is located at the top of the
page. It is also called the address bar.
